Job: OB Gyn Practice - Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients on arrival and courteously advise them of any delays.
  • Input patient demographics.
  • Verify eligibility of patient's health care insurance.
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments.
  • Collecting copay/outstanding balances.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the privacy of patients, and assure patient confidentiality at all times. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Experience:
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Athena preferred.
  • Proven job dedication and attention to detail.
